Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, which includes being unworn, undamaged, and unused. Ensure all tags are attached, and the original packaging is included.
  2. Footwear and Accessories: Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided. Place them inside a protective box to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Footwear: When trying on footwear, please avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
  4. Security Tags: Items with Corteiz Official security tags or brand tags attached must be returned with the tags in their original position.
  5. Beauty and Cosmetic Products: Beauty and cosmetic products must remain unopened and unused, with all packaging seals intact.
  6. Hosiery, Lingerie, and Swimwear: These items must have hygiene seals attached and be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable. They should only be tried on over your own undergarments, and we will not accept returns that have been worn or soiled.
  7. Face Masks: Due to their nature, we can only accept returns for face masks if they are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  8. Jewelry: Return jewelry in the same condition it arrived, including all branded packaging and accompanying documents.
  9. Made-to-Order Items: These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty upon delivery, as they are customized to your specifications.
  10. Certain Beauty Items: We are unable to accept returns for specific beauty items containing flammable or hazardous materials. If you have any questions, please contact our global Customer Service team.

Please ensure that you handle your purchases with care and return them in the condition you received them. Items that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted for return.

To enhance the shopping experience for all customers, we maintain a flexible returns policy while monitoring return behavior. We reserve the right to close your Corteiz Official account or restrict future orders if your return behavior breaches our Returns Policy.


Once we receive your return, please allow up to 6 calendar days for processing. Upon acceptance of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you prefer, and you are eligible, we can process your refund as Corteiz Official credit. Once processed, the credit will be available in your Corteiz Official account for your future purchases.

To track the return of your package, use the Waybill Number from the Waybill Doc included in your order, or check the status of your return by going to “Orders & Returns” in your account. If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your return by entering your guest order details here.

Refunds in Cryptocurrency

If you used cryptocurrency for your purchase, your refund will be processed in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate. Our payment provider will use the email address you provided at checkout and notify you once the refund is processed.

To claim your cryptocurrency refund, email us with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • National ID, Passport, or Business Registration Number
  • Country of Residence
  • Crypto Address to receive your refund

Once we receive the required information, they will process your refund and send you a confirmation email. Please claim your refund from us within 30 days of receiving the email.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is flawed, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, please contact our global Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
